Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the North Versailles, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repairs as required
• Maintenance on electrical systems
• Rough and finish carpentry
• Install tile, carpet and flooring, roofing, gutters, sheet metal, windows, sliding glass and doors, shutters, doors, cabinets, door hardware and locks, plumbing, gas and sewer systems, and water intrusion
• Install and repair roofs, stucco and siding
• Drywall and paint work
