Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role involves demonstrating selling competence, styling expertise, and a love of fashion. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting management to build store business, supporting service enhancers, multitasking with multiple customers, staying aware of fashion trends, using product knowledge to create outfits, maximizing individual performance through learning and coaching, achieving sales and service metrics, and completing operational assignments such as filling orders and replenishment. The position requires strong communication skills, technological competency, organizational skills, ability to work in a diverse environment, physical ability to climb ladders, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
