Position Summary: The Secure Packer is responsible for accurately and securely packing firearm parts for shipment in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and reliability to ensure all parts are handled safely and correctly. Key Responsibilities Pack firearm parts accurately and securely according to established guidelines Verify parts, quantities, and documentation before shipment Ensure all packaging meets safety, security, and compliance standards Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area Report discrepancies, damages, or concerns to a supervisor promptly Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements QualificationsQualifications High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, organized, and security-minded Comfortable working in a regulated environment Prior packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs as needed  Physical and Work Environment Requirements:  This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy.
