Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Weapon Assembly Technician to join our team. The Technician will work in a fast-paced assembly environment, building firearms and related components, performing quality and function tests, and supporting the distribution of finished goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure production and quality goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Assemble firearms and related components to build complete weapon systems. Perform quality and function testing on weapon assemblies. Catalog firearm information, with a focus on serial numbers and product details. Maintain compliance with ATF and ITAR regulations. Read and interpret job orders and production schedules. Count and maintain inventory of materials and finished goods. Collaborate with cell supervisors and team members to improve processes and increase production capacity. QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with firearms and firearm safety (preferred). Knowledge of ATF and ITAR regulations (preferred). Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and their uses. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with prolonged periods of standing, walking, or performing manual tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.   Physical and Work Environment Requirements: This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may require the following over extended periods of time up to a full 8-hour work shift (excluding lunch and breaks): stand, walk, sit, squat or bend, kneel and rise, lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to — and occasionally exceeding — 50 pounds, view a computer or other digital screen, work on a computer, workstation or comparable system, and make accurate entries in such systems. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are required for detailed assembly and precision work. Work may take place in areas with varying temperatures or no climate control, varying noise levels, and production equipment in motion. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas at all times as required by company policy.
