Job Description:
The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of electrical/electronic systems and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of electrical engineering.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the design and development of electrical/electronic design concepts under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Work from specification requirements, design concepts, and inputs from customers and other engineers.
- Support the implementation of design concepts into working prototypes and finished products.
- Support other engineers in design of mixed signal Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
- Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs).
- Assist in the development of test methods and associated test equipment for vetting CCAs.
- Review Printed Wiring Board (PWB) layouts and provide support to facilitate board fabrication and assembly.
- Communicate with team members to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Assist in preparing and presenting internal trade studies and design reviews to demonstrate that designs meet specifications and requirements.
- Gain familiarity with CAD tools such as Mentor Graphics Xpedition, LTSpice, Matlab, MathCAD or other CAD tools as needed.

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $71,000.00 - $132,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
