Job Description:

  • Assist in the procurement/subcontract process, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.
  • Support the management of supplier relationships, including communication, performance evaluation, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends.
  • Help maintain accurate procurement/subcontract records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to drive supply chain best practices and efficiencies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to procurement activities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement/subcontract efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Standardizing and modernizing RFP templates and subcontract document packages for consistency and compliance.
  • Participate in internal meetings, supplier discussions, and government compliance reviews as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supply chain teams.

 

Qualificiations:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Policy / Government Contracts or a related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

 

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $56,000.00 - $104,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
