The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for a Millwork Manufacturing Engineer who understands how exceptional millwork comes together from shop drawings to CNC output and wants to play a key role in bringing complex, high-end designs to life.

This is an ideal role for a skilled cabinetmaker or millworker ready to step into a technical position where your craft knowledge directly drives precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the critical link between design, engineering, and production translating custom concepts into clear, precise manufacturing instructions.

Create detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or 3D software to break down cabinetry and millwork assemblies for part manufacture

  • Prepare and document production workflows, cut lists, and installation sequences

  • Program 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision components

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and shop teams to ensure seamless production

  • Help identify smarter, more efficient ways to build complex custom work

  • Ensure our uncompromising quality standards are maintained at every step

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Background in cabinetmaking, millwork, or architectural woodworking

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D parametric software (or strong willingness to learn)

  • Comfortable working with computers, drawings, and technical details

  • CNC experience is a plus, but we will train the right craftsperson

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

  • Desire to grow into a more technical, engineering-focused role
