JOB DESCRIPTION:
Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support operations at our Northborough, MA location. The Warehouse Associate will receive, unpack, check and store merchandise or materials. They will fill requisitions and orders; they may operate a forklift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts & enter computer system Â
Stage materials for pick-up or shipping Â
Move materials on and off shelves Â
Assist in staging customer orders Â
Keep warehouse areas clean and neat, may include sweeping, snow shoveling, picking up debris, and maintaining safe environment Â
Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts Â
Maintain inventory levels record and report specific usage Â
Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures in writing  Â
Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools
Help lifting large units as requested in warehouse or on installation job sites Â
Delivering materials to job sites Â
Other duties as assigned by leader.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
Knowledge of application and use of power tools.
Organizational skills, detail oriented.
Ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications, as applicable.
Ability to physically lift up to 83 pounds.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
Basic math skills; legible writing.
PAY RANGE:

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
