UL Solutions is seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive recruitment efforts across our Functional Job Families, including Engineering, Labs, and Field roles. This hybrid position is based in Northbrook, IL, with an expectation of being onsite three days per week.
With a primary focus on United States operations, this role is ideal for a dynamic, collaborative leader who brings deep expertise in talent acquisition and a proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
