Position Highlights:

  • Position: Customer Service Representative II - Lab
  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am- 5:30pm, rotating Saturdays

What you will do:

  • Call Center- Answering General Information calls
  • Reporting results (Critcal reporting)
  • Faxing Results (Call List)
  • Trouble shooting specimen errors (LSI)
  • Creating tickets
  • Specimen add on requests
  • Supply Ordering
  • Contacting patients for recollections

What you will need:

  • Education: High School diploma
  • Certification: none
  • Experience: 3 or more years
  • Unique or Preferred Skills: Multi tasking a must, Call center experience
