What You'll Do:
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through hands-on activities and play.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Encourage independence while providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Collaborate with an amazing team of educators.
- Follow DCFS licensing standards and Celebree's curriculum and philosophy.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education experience required.
- Must meet Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications (or be eligible).
Teaching Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
- We are happy to train caring, dependable individuals who have a genuine love for children.
