What You'll Do:

  • Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.
  • Foster language, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on learning and play.
  • Support children as they build independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Build strong relationships with families through open communication and partnership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators.
  • Follow DCFS licensing standards and Celebree's curriculum and philosophy.

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

  • Early Childhood Education experience required.
  • Must meet Illinois DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications (or be eligible).
Teaching Assistant Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
  • We are happy to train caring, dependable individuals who have a genuine love for children.
