Job DetailsJob Location: Northbrook, IL 60062Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary Job Summary The Staff Therapist is responsible for providing clinical services to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned, in order to help Josselyn achieve its vision of Mental Health For All. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities. Schedule Tuesday - Saturday, 2 day shifts, 2 evenings, and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM OR Mon/Tue/Wed 11 AM - 9 PM and Thursday 11 AM - 8 PM  (4 day work week) Compensation $50,000–$60,000 salary determined by the clinical director based on experience Essential Responsibilities and Metrics Provides high quality services of therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client centered consultation to clients and their families  Maintains direct service hours per month of 63% Keeps detailed, confidential records of client sessions, progress, assessments, and treatment plans Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date) and complete the LOCUS in a timely fashion All Progress Notes will be entered into the medical record as soon as possible but in no more than three business days of the date of service Keeps EMR calendar, and any other primary sources, up to date Coordinates care with other clinical staff, both internal and external providers Attends and participates at clinical presentations, and all required meetings Is responsive to all outreach and coordination regarding client fees/payments Participates in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate Qualifications Clinically related graduate degree, including an M.A. in Counseling, MSW, MSMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D in Psychology, or a degree which qualifies for a QMHP in the state of Illinois Three professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work
