  • Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on cybersecurity and industrial applications.
  • The salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Participate in the establishment of and support the vision for the Industrial Cybersecurity segment, in concert with deep market understanding, to inform the core and new product strategy. 
  • Develop services that align with growth strategies and support and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Cybersecurity Services used in the Industrial domain, especially as it relates to grid-tied products used in power generation, distribution, and storage; factory applications; and digital and physical detection and security systems. 
  • Evangelize and communicate the product vision, strategy and goals internally and externally 
  • Define product requirements, develop specifications, and manage the product lifecycle; describe how value will be delivered to the customer/user, how UL’s products are differentiated from the competition, and what the business model should be in a given market. 
  • Prioritize product functions and features to create a product roadmap 
  • Monitor a set of product goals, outcomes and corresponding metrics to continually evaluate against and drive future activities and strategies. 
  • Support an efficient cross-functional matrix structure to enable effective product development lifecycle management. 
  • Execute a robust set of processes to power all parts of the product development lifecycle from research/discovery to release/launch management and product support
