Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, FP&A – Large Client Revenue, COGS & Network Performance supports end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Large Client accounts within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Commercial, Large Client, M’Choice, this role covers both the revenue and COGS dimensions of Large Client network performance, providing integrated network margin visibility. The Sr. Analyst contributes to the development of budgets and forecasts, delivers variance analysis, and supports analytical deep-dives into client-level revenue and cost drivers.
- Supports the development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly budgets and forecasts for Large Client revenue and COGS, including client-level and drug-level detail.
- Performs monthly variance analysis for Large Client revenue and COGS, identifying and communicating drivers including volume, price, mix, MAC rate, and client-level performance.
- Builds and maintains financial models to evaluate Large Client network margin, incorporating revenue guarantee performance, drug mix, and COGS dynamics.
- Prepares performance updates and management reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity for leadership review.
- Supports ad-hoc analytical requests, special projects, and scenario modeling as directed by the Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Financial planning, budgeting, and analysis skills in a PBM, managed care, or commercial health benefits environment
- Integrated understanding of both revenue and COGS drivers in a pharmacy network context preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets.
Preferred Qualifications
Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready reporting
- Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Finance and with Business and Pricing teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
