Position Summary:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager, you will lead financial planning and analysis for the Specialty Rx volume team. In this role, you’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial support for business leaders. You’ll drive process improvements, support strategic planning, and manage direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Specialty leadership to align financial goals with strategy.

  • Own the full Rx volume budget & forecast

  • Prepare FP&A materials for senior leader reviews during planning cycles.

  • Drive initiatives and process improvements leveraging AI and other internal tools.

  • Report on weekly and monthly performance against budget/forecast.

  • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountability‑driven culture

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial insights

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience, including leading projects, mentoring, or influencing teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
