Lead Our Sewer Lining Operation & Multiple Field Crews

J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for an experienced Sewer Lining Field Manager to take ownership of our growing sewer rehabilitation operation. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing multiple crews, overseeing active projects, coordinating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

We're looking for a proven field leader with strong plumbing and sewer experience who understands the technical side of sewer rehabilitation and knows how to manage people in the field. You should be comfortable overseeing 5+ crews, solving problems on active jobsites, and holding teams accountable for quality and production.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple sewer lining crews and field operations

• Oversee 5 - 10+ crews across multiple active jobs

• Plan daily crew assignments, schedules, equipment, and job priorities

• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor production, quality, safety, and workmanship

• Oversee sewer lining installations from preparation through completion

• Manage point repairs and patch repair installations

• Oversee hydrojetting and sewer cleaning operations

• Review sewer camera inspections and determine appropriate repair solutions

• Troubleshoot technical and jobsite issues and provide solutions in real time

• Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and resources needed to complete each job

• Manage equipment utilization, maintenance, and readiness

• Train, coach, and develop crew leaders and field technicians

• Hold crews accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and company standards

• Work closely with Operations, Dispatch, Sales, and leadership to keep projects moving

• Identify opportunities to improve production, efficiency, and profitability

• Help build and scale the sewer lining department as the company continues to grow

• 5+ years of plumbing experience

• 2+ years of hands-on sewer lining experience

• Proven experience managing 5+ field crews

• Strong background in sewer rehabilitation and underground plumbing

• Hands-on experience with point repairs and patch repairs

• Experience with hydrojetting and sewer cleaning

• Strong sewer camera inspection experience

• Ability to understand sewer conditions and determine appropriate repair methods

• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and crews simultaneously

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to hold teams accountable while developing a strong field culture

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential sewer lining experience

• Experience managing crew leaders or field supervisors

• Experience with CIPP or other sewer lining systems

• Experience managing sewer lining equipment and production
