POSITION PURPOSE:Ā
Ā
The Warehouse Administrator role is to identify and resolve zone tracking issues, assist with reporting & data collection, scheduling equipment maintenance, coordinating supplies, processing/reconciliation of vendor invoices, and uploading new or updated SOPās to QMS.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ā
- Zone Tracking Management
- Creating Timely User Access
- SAP & Report Zone Data Audit
- Process training
- Daily / weekly status meetings with Supervisor
- Equipment Maintenance Scheduling
- Forklift or EPJ repairs
- HVAC
- Stretch wrapper or baler
- Recycling
- Fire extinguisher and eye wash stations
- Report Generation/Data Collection
- Forklift & EPJ miles/hour data report
- Status report data collection (shipping, special projects, receiving, etc.)
- Recycling data reports
- Daily/Weekly warehouse maintenance & attendance checklists
- Office & Warehouse Supply Coordination
- Track office and warehouse supply inventory
- Research cost saving options (where applicable)
- Process indirect POās
- Credit card reconciliation
- ISO Procedures
- Format new or updated standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Review of new or updated SOPs with Operations Manager
- Submit new or updated standard operating procedures (SOPs) into QMS

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Ā
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills
- Dependable, collaborative team player
