Defines the program governance (controls)

Plans the overall program and monitors the progress, and performs daily programÂ

Manages the program’s budget and financial performance

Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies

Manages and utilizes resources across projects

May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishingÂ

performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that allÂ

policies are understood and adhered to.Â
