GEBM - General Hiring Posting (All Roles)

THE POSITION

GEBM is hiring across multiple roles to support our commercial project teams nationwide: Team Lead, NIR (Inventory Receiver), PMIT (Project Manager in Training) and Project Manager. Based on your experience and qualifications, you'll be considered for the track that fits you best so there's no need to guess which role to apply for.

TRAVEL & WORK LOCATIONS

All roles are 100%-travel positions within the United States. Work sites are located at client facilities across the U.S. and rotate based on project need. Team members should expect to work at multiple locations over time, typically up to three months per assignment before rotating.

OPEN ROLES

Team Lead (TL): $20.00 to $22.00/hour
Lead on-site project teams, oversee warehouse/construction tasks, and serve as the bridge between crews and the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse or construction; 1+ year managing crews/teams daily
  • Comfortable with smartphone functions and Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 10, AWP, forklift, and/or scissor lift certifications preferred, not required

Non-Inventory Receiver (NIR): $22.00 to $24.00/hour
Track inbound shipments, manage ERP inventory data and support accurate receiving on large commercial projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry or logistics planning/operations
  • Proficient with 10-key data entry and inventory account management
  • Strong task, resource, and time management skills
  • Strong math, organizational, and computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, advanced Excel)
  • Preferred: 5+ years in ERP data entry or logistics/operations management; associate degree in logistics, operations, or business

PMIT (Project Manager in Training):  $25.00/hour
Train toward full Project Manager responsibilities involving leadership, safety/policy enforcement, budget oversight, and site management, while completing required certifications and gaining hands-on site management experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a GEBM Team Lead preferred, not required
  • Willingness to complete OSHA 30, Forklift, and Scissor Lift certifications within 120 days
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Minimum 3 months in the PMIT role required before PM promotion eligibility

Project Manager (PM): $30.00 to $33.00/hour
Own full accountability for client project sites, including safety, budget, scheduling, and team leadership, after completing the PMIT track.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of PMIT track, including OSHA 30, Forklift, and Scissor Lift certifications
  • Demonstrated independent management of a minimum of two sites start-to-finish
  • Strong track record in leadership, policy enforcement, budget/schedule oversight, and client relations
