Civil Equipment Operator

In this role, you'll operate skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment on a variety of civil construction projects while working with a crew that takes ownership of its work and supports one another. We're looking for someone with approximately two years of equipment operating experience who is punctual, safety-minded, flexible, and willing to travel and work out of town when projects require it.

Job Requirements

Must be dependable and arrive on time each day.
Must have a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, including overtime, and weekends.
Willingness to travel and work out of town for project assignments.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Clean driving record.
Safety-minded work.

Qualifications

Approximately 2 years of experience operating skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
Experience in civil construction, site development, utility work, or similar construction projects preferred.
Strong understanding of equipment safety and daily maintenance procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Valid driver's license required, CDL is preferred.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
