Systems Testing Specialist EIDS

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Testing Specialist EIDS for the FAA – PSS Contract, supporting the Civilian Division.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
- 10 or more years of System Testing experience in the En Route or Terminal environment supporting test efforts at the FAA Tech Center.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing training materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with requirements verification and tracking for the EIDS system with specific focus on system testing.
- Assisting with identifying potential inconsistencies and usability issues as they relate to any changes in EIDS and related systems.
- Assisting with testing development, test planning, test step creation and execution.
- Interfacing with user teams, system engineers and other program personnel as necessary
- Producing briefing materials as required.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the FAA as needed.
