Sota Chevrolet, part of the Keffer Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead and grow a high-performing service department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader who understands service operations, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and departmental profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire Service Department
Hire, train, coach, and develop service department personnel
Drive service revenue, profitability, and CSI
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow
Recruit and retain top automotive service talent
Develop processes that improve department performance
Monitor service department KPIs and financial performance
Work closely with Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments
Ensure manufacturer and dealership standards are maintained
Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, Service Manager, or similar leadership role
Automotive dealership experience required
Strong understanding of service operations and profitability
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, lead, and develop teams
Strong knowledge of dealership service KPIs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Compensation

$150,000 – $180,000 per year
