Offering personalized recommendations by educating customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses and sleep products. Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with emphasis on integrity, customer care, and a commitment to providing a positive experience. Create a welcoming, engaging in-store environment Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals Partner with visual and operations teams to ensure a well-presented, efficient, and welcoming showroom Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting to post-sale follow-up Empower associates resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. What We’re Looking For: Retail sales or leadership experience (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS but not required.) Bilingual is a PLUS!
