Location Description
Northfield, Minn. is home to two Post Consumer Brands manufacturing plants, the Campbell Mill and Ames Mill, two distribution centers, and more than 750 team members. The Campbell Mill plant is 1 million square feet and is home to 7 manufacturing technologies to produce a wide variety of cereal products our customers know and love. Northfield is a town steeped in history, featuring two colleges and the original Ames Mill where the Malt-O-Meal Company got its start.Â
Responsibilities
We’re looking for reliable, safety‑focused team members to support warehouse operations through accurate shipping, receiving, and material handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
- Safely receive, pick, stage, and ship orders accurately using WMSÂ
- Inspect product quality and ensure food safety and QA procedures are followedÂ
- Build, wrap, and optimize pallets to prevent damageÂ
- Hand‑pick and stack partial pallets as neededÂ
- Inspect trailers and complete required documentationÂ
- Operate forklifts and perform daily equipment inspectionsÂ
- Meet productivity standards and follow all safety and WMS proceduresÂ
- Support other departments or facilities as neededÂ
Qualifications
What You BringÂ
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Forklift experience or ability to become certifiedÂ
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory practicesÂ
- Basic math and computer skillsÂ
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environmentÂ
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyÂ
Physical RequirementsÂ
- Lift up to 60 lbs. regularlyÂ
- Repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, and standingÂ
- Ability to work in a warehouse environmentÂ
- Must pass warehouse pre‑screenÂ
