As a Valet Attendant, you will provide courteous, efficient valet parking services while creating a positive first and last impression for guests through attentive customer service.Â

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
- Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
- Answer guest questions about restaurants, events and activities
- Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
- Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
Requirements
Performs other job-related duties as requested
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Preferred
Work Experience
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working in a service-related positions Preferred
Additional Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required
- Experience working in a similar resort setting Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
