This individual will serve as a key partner in managing the CEO’s busy schedule, internal and external communications, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities with ease.   What We Offer: Salary range: $60,000-$75,000 Annually Medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefit Participation in our 403b retirement plan Employee Assistance Program Paid time off and paid holidays Colorado sick leave in accordance with Colorado Health Families and Workplaces (HFWA) Tuition reimbursement Professional development and training/certification opportunities   What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive daily support to the President/CEO, including managing their calendar, communications, and logistical arrangements.   Act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-ups.   Support leadership team coordination and organizational initiatives, ensuring effective communication and project follow-through.   Draft, edit, and manage sensitive correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.   Assist with strategic projects, outreach efforts, and special initiatives, balancing these with ongoing administrative support.   Manage personal and family-related appointments, travel, errands, and household tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.   Maintain organized systems for tracking priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities.   Exercise discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information across organizational, personal, and legal matters.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field required. Minimum of five years of experience providing direct support to C-level executives, preferably within a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, education, or community-based organization. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail Experience with internal and external communications, community partnerships, Board relations, and/or fundraising preferred. Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, meetings, communications, travel, and confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.  Valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization. Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment.
