Happy Hands Cleaning Service is seeking a dependable Full-Time Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in a job well done, and wants consistent full-time hours, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Receive
- Starting pay of $21.00 per hour
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Performance incentives after 90 days
- Paid Time Off after 90 days

- Travel pay between job sites (when applicable)

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Day Shift
- 8-hour shifts
What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize commercial buildings to company standards
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect work areas
- Clean and restock restrooms and break rooms
- Complete periodic deep-cleaning projects
- Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met
- Report maintenance or repair concerns
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory
- Work independently while communicating with supervisors and teammates
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has reliable transportation
- Can lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Has previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not required—we're willing to train the right person)
