Daycare Teacher – Early Childhood Classrooms
Location: The Learning Experience – Beltline, MI
Pay: $16–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Beltline is seeking a caring and dependable Daycare Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment where children build confidence, social skills, and early learning foundations through structured routines and hands-on experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young children in a collaborative childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines across multiple age groups
Implement developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Guide children through meals, rest time, learning centers, and transitions
Encourage positive social interaction and classroom participation
Communicate regularly with families and teaching team members
Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Prior childcare experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
