Manager of Maintenance

Our Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of all fleet maintenance. Responsible for managing a team of fleet maintenance professionals and ensuring compliance with DOT laws.

Manager of Facilities Responsibilities:

Managing and building a team of 10-15 maintenance employees

Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs

Scheduling and managing truck usage and mileage

Budgeting and estimating costs

Tracking KPIs

Training staff on safety procedures

Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and laws

Qualifications:

Degree in Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business preferred but not necessary

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong knowledge of regulations, laws, and DOT compliance

Multitasking abilities

Good problem-solving skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong negotiating skills
