What You’ll Do

As a Write/Run Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate Xactimate estimates and overseeing projects from estimation to completion. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting onsite inspections and preparing precise Xactimate estimates in line with program guidelines and IICRC standards.
  • Managing the jobs you estimate, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality restoration.
  • Documenting clear job site photos and project reports.
  • Communicating with insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and scheduling subcontractors to keep projects on track.
  • Reviewing and submitting change orders, supplements, and final invoicing details.
  • Providing excellent customer service, guiding homeowners and business owners through the repair process and payment expectations.
  • Ensuring all necessary permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ideal candidates should have: 

âś” Xactimate estimating experience.
✔ 3+ years of construction project management experience.
✔ 2+ years of restoration industry experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and damage restoration processes. 

✔ Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure. 

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

✔ Experience managing teams of subcontractors and ensuring project completion on time and within budget. 

✔ Proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and job management software. 

✔ A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

âś” Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
