Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Compassionate. Patient. Reliable. Flexible. Engaging.

You should genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults and be comfortable supporting individuals who may be frail, experiencing memory loss, or need assistance with personal care.

We especially value someone who can take initiative, remain calm when situations change, communicate well with families and the care team, and bring a positive attitude and sense of humor into someone's day.

Experience working with older adults is preferred, but just as important is having the heart and character to serve others well.
