The Account Specialist Trainee is responsible for gathering and entering data to aid in the quoting process of opportunities presented to Natoma Manufacturing. Follows all quality management system regulations for conformance to ISO 9001, AS9100 and Nadcap, follows all export compliance regulations and securities, and follows safety regulations outlined by OSHA.
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
o Aid in gathering data for customer RFQ’s utilizing time, labor, material and special process estimates.
o Generate manufacturing requirements in ERP system including sequencing of special processes (chemical conversion coatings and passivation).
o Interpret and implement customer specifications and documentation requirements.
o Aid in the procurement of material, supplies, equipment, and outside processes, etc.
o Ensure that all quality requirements of customers are met.Â
o Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government and regulatory requirements.
o Record data from operations on specified forms.
o Present completed quotes for review/approval.Â
o Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
o Follow all Natoma Manufacturing, LLC. policies, department procedures, and work instructions.Â
o Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
o Work productively with others as a team and in a highly diverse work environment.
o Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Previous Experience:
Minimum Additional Training:
o Internal Systems Training
Other Skills:
o Sales background (preferred)
o Working knowledge of quality management systems
o Basic Math and Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Office)
o Effective Communication Skills
o Strong Organization Skills with attention to detail
o Prioritize Tasks
