RN/LPN Full Time Day & Night Shift

Anew Healthcare of Nortonville is actively seeking Charge Nurse LPN/RN to work for our skilled nursing community in Nortonville Ks for the Night Shift.

Duties of LPN/RN:

• Monitoring resident needs, condition and care
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Orders and receives medications from the pharmacy
• Admits and discharges residents; oversees staff
• Ensures narcotic policy and procedures are followed
• Reports changes of condition to RN/Supervisor and physician as delegated
• Monitors for side effects of medication and reports prn
• Ensures resident care plans are being followed.
• Transcribe and execute physician orders
• Completes documentation as required
• Completes fall reporting and gives report to nursing staff
• Follows and upholds Resident Bill of Rights and facility policies and procedures
• Maintains confidentiality and follows HIPAA requirements
• Provides excellent customer service and communication

Qualifications

Active Kansas Nursing License
