About the Role

This is a flexible, "on-demand" role focused on quality assurance. You would visit local school sites to ensure our programs are running smoothly and according to HOKALI’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily student check-in and check-out procedures.
• Support Educators during class transitions to ensure proper supervision ratios.
• Remain on site until all students have been safely dismissed.
• Set up and organize materials before classes; assist with cleanup afterward.
• Communicate supply needs, attendance inconsistencies, or incidents to the Site Coordinator.
• Help manage snack distribution and maintain clean, safe environments.
• Provide additional supervision or coverage when needed.
• Uphold HOKALI’s safety standards and report any incidents immediately.
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Fixed shifts (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) based on site needs.
• Rate: $35/hr
• Location: Primarily Fullerton, CA (with potential visits to nearby schools).

• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Experience in Field Operations positions or similar
• Experience in School Environment (Must)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
