Overview

The Customer Success Associate will provide crucial support to the Customer Success department by ensuring operational excellence, smooth customer engagements, and well‑coordinated internal processes. This role provides essential administrative, data, and project support that enables the Customer Success Team to focus on building relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring customer value. This is an ideal role for someone who is seeking to build a career in Business Development/Customer Success and is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting teams that work directly with customers. 


How you'll make an impact

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up‑to‑date customer records, including account details, documentation, tasks, and reports, within CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Prepare, update, and review customer-facing documents (SOWs, contracts, proposals) to support Customer Success team workflows.
  • Coordinate new customer onboarding activities – including sending intake communications, liaising with Divisional Leaders to align and introduce consulting teams, preparing kickoff materials, managing follow‑ups, and collaborating with Finance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads seeking Gallagher’s HR & Organizational Effectiveness Services, ensuring needs are qualified, documented, and routed appropriately.
  • Support internal training of new CS team members, as needed.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree; no experience required.

Preferred:

  • Strong, metrics-focused customer success and account management experience.
  • Salesforce CRM and Customer focused selling   
  • Establishing strong relationships with an ability to understand our customers' needs and provide solutions even if they are not clear on what they need.  
  • A proven ability to use data to inform decision-making as part of a broader, strategic set of goals.  
  • A general understanding of HR Services, Recruiting Services, Training & Development, and Payroll & HR Technologies.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
