What You’ll DoÂ
As an A/V Rack Specialist at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assemble AV equipment racks per approved shop drawings, schematics, and rack elevations.
- Mount AV components including DSPs, amplifiers, switchers, control processors, power distribution units, and network devices.
- Fabricate and terminate audio, video, control, and network cabling to industry standards.
- Perform proper cable management, labeling, lacing, and strain relief to ensure serviceability and airflow.
- Power up racks safely and verify proper voltage, grounding, and sequencing.
- Record, update and maintain IP address, serial and MAC address spreadsheets.
- Prepare racks for shipment, including securing equipment and protecting cabling.
Qualifications
- Understanding of AV signal flow (audio, video, control, and network.)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, rack elevations, and wiring diagrams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.
- A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

- Pay:Â $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off:Â 13 PTO days (plus +1 day per year of employment)
