What You’ll DoÂ
As a Junior Project Manager at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the coordination of multiple high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Working alongside architects, builders & clients to support the formation of lasting professional relationships.
- Helping to manage project timelines and budgets, focusing on attention to detail.
- Supporting field installation crews and learning effective communication and management skills.
- Assisting in documenting and managing project changes.
Qualifications
- Eager to learn and assist in managing multiple projects.
- Interested in working with architects, builders, and homeowners.
- Keen on developing skills in managing, documenting, and adapting to project changes.
- Motivated to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Familiar or willing to learn about construction documents and blueprints.
- Interested in A/V equipment and installation processes.
- Professional, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- Pay:Â $65,000 - $78,000 per year
- Paid Time Off:Â 13 PTO days (plus +1 day per year of employment)
