We are seeking an Operations Management Trainee Intern (MBA) to work directly with leadership and gain hands-on experience running a local service business. This is not a traditional internship—you will be embedded in daily operations, contributing to real business outcomes across service, installation, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leadership to support day-to-day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
  • Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Work alongside dispatch, technicians, and customer service to understand the full customer lifecycle
  • Help improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of frontline team members
