What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Assistant at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Assist in managing all warehouse activities, including storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet production and customer demands.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
Deliver materials to project sites in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Benefits & Perks

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Norwalk, CT / On the Road
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Paid Time Off: 13 PTO days (plus +1 day per year of employment)
