ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Perform initial inspection of all finished components • Performs final reassembly of firearms following completion of test-firing and finishing procedures, ensuring all components meet operational and safety standards • Identifies and promptly reports issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to supervisory personnel • Support department colleagues in completing assignments as needed • Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time • Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations • Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operational demands QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
