Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.42

Review, analyze and coordinate the enforcement of the banks interest in default situations, such as repossessions, foreclosures and bankruptcies. May coordinate and oversee outside inspections of collateral, including the monitoring of Floor Plans. Interact with internal and external customers regarding collection situations. Inspect and preserve the Bank’s collateral. Review consumer credit bureau disputes. Prepare reports and various other clerical duties, including maintenance of files, as required.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior collection experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication skills.
  • PC skills with proficiency in word and excel.
  • Good understanding of collections.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

  • May require weekend hours, and hours outside of regularly scheduled workday. 
  • Some travel required.
  • Valid driver's license. 
  • Occasional collateral/property inspections.

Tasks Performed:

  • 55% Review, analyze and coordinate the enforcement of the banks interest in repossessions, foreclosures and bankruptcies. Oversee inspections of the banks Collateral, including the monitoring of floor plans as required.
  • 15% Monitor, research and complete required paperwork. Prepare and maintain reports and tracking systems. review credit bureau disputes, provide timely resolution to credit reporting agencies
  • 15% Respond to inquiries from external and internal customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • 15% Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Stationary 75% of time or greater
  • Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
