PORTER — $17-$18.00/hr

Uptown Rental Properties is hiring a Porter to help keep our communities looking their best. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, being outdoors, and finishing the day knowing you made a visible difference, this could be the job for you.

What You’ll Do

Keep property grounds and common areas clean and looking sharp
️ Complete basic maintenance and service requests
️ Handle trash removal, cleanouts, light landscaping, and general property upkeep
❄️ Jump in during snow and weather events to help keep our residents safe
Work alongside a team when bigger projects need extra muscle
Spot property issues and help get them addressed before they become bigger problems

What We’re Looking For

No previous experience required — we’ll show you the ropes
Dependable, hardworking, and ready to get things done
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Able to handle a physically active job, including frequent lifting of 50+ lbs.
A team player who can also work independently
