Lead Change, Develop Leaders, Improve Healthcare.
At TriHealth, we believe lasting improvement happens when people grow alongside the processes they improve. As a Process Transformation Analyst, you'll lead meaningful initiatives that enhance patient care, strengthen operations, and develop leaders at every level of the organization.
In this role, you will partner with frontline team members, managers, directors, and executive leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and drive measurable results across clinical and non-clinical areas. Beyond project work, you'll serve as a coach and mentor, helping teams build problem-solving skills, embrace continuous improvement, and sustain positive change long after a project is complete.
What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading without direct authority, facilitating change, and helping others succeed. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, guide cross-functional teams, develop future leaders, and leave a lasting impact on how care is delivered throughout the organization.
If you're passionate about developing people, leading change, and improving healthcare through innovation and collaboration, we invite you to join TriHealth and make a difference every day.
