Our manufacturing teams are the backbone of our operations, producing custom cabinetry and countertops with precision and care.

The Stone Department is currently in need for a Project Manager. This position ensures a smooth handoff from sales to fabrication by managing project details, schedules, and material coordination. This office-based role involves close collaboration with the sales team and shop personnel to keep production accurate and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review job orders, templates, and customer specs to prepare work orders and cut sheets
  • Coordinate material needs with purchasing and track slab usage
  • Maintain production schedules and timelines
  • Serve as liaison between sales, production, and installation teams
  • Monitor project documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and help implement process improvements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in stone fabrication or a related industry preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or Moraware experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and timelines
