The May Center School for Brain Injury and Neurobehavioral Disorders in Norwood, MA, is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide specialized instruction and classroom leadership for children and adolescents with brain injuries, neurobehavioral disorders, and other complex diagnoses.Â

Your Impact:Â
• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique learning and behavioral needs.Â
• Guide and mentor teachers and teacher assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team.Â
• Analyze student progress using data-driven strategies to refine instructional methods and interventions.Â
• Stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Â
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and best-practice standards in special education and behavior management.Â

What You Bring:Â
• Education: Master’s degree preferred.Â
• Licensure: Current or pursuing MA State Teaching License in Moderate or Severe Special Education.Â
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ABA knowledge preferred.Â
