Lead Installer

Metropolitan is seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our Stone Department! If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee stone countertop installations at residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Read and interpret drawings and job specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Train and mentor installation team members
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Qualifications:

• Previous stone countertop installation experience required
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
