Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cabinet Shop Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position will work either on a production line or directly on cabinets, assisting with the construction and assembly of custom cabinetry.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and work on cabinets throughout the production process
Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
Follow production drawings, instructions, and quality standards
Assemble, finish, and prepare cabinet components
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist team members with various shop and production tasks
Inspect work for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

Previous cabinet, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
Willingness to learn and take direction
