Position Summary:
The Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of advertising campaigns that support casino promotions, events, and branding initiatives. This role works closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all advertising mediums including print, direct mail, digital, radio, outdoor, TV, and on-property communication. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will directly report to the Creative Services Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
- Coordinate and track all advertising campaigns for casino promotions, property events, and Rewards Program.
- Responsible for maintaining the project management system and ensuring all deadlines are met for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and creative agencies on deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, agencies and creative vendors.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory for the department.
- Responsible for generating reports from various systems as needed or requested.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Responsible for updating departmental bulletin boards.
- Support internal communication of advertising initiatives to other departments.
- Schedule / plan various meetings.
- Ensure all property signage is aligned with brand standards.
- Special projects and tasks as necessary.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to set and achieve high standards of performance.
- Able to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work.
- Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, and establish priorities effectively.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have basic computer skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; collegeālevel coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in casino marketing or advertising preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- All work is performed on site in Madera, CA.
- Requires manual dexterity to perform job related functions.
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for the duration of their shift.
