You will meet virtually with individuals and families who have already requested information and are looking for guidance. All consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach required.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through enrollment
Maintain accurate digital records and follow compliance standards
Deliver a professional, client-first experience during every interaction
Participate in regular team training, mentorship sessions, and development programs
Build strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment
