Remote Customer Service Manager

AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote team and seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals for the role of Remote Customer Service Manager. You will meet virtually with individuals and families who have already requested information and are looking for guidance. All consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling, prospecting, or door-to-door outreach required.

This role combines client service, leadership development, and professional growth within a fully remote team structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom

• Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow compliance standards

• Deliver a professional, client-first experience during every interaction

• Participate in regular team training, mentorship sessions, and development programs

• Build strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment
